  • Camp Programs
What are the camp program times? Morning sessions: 9:00am-12:00pm Full Day sessions: 9:00am-4:00pm Children can be dropped off from 8:30-9:00am and picked up from 12:00-12:30pm (for morning sessions) or 4-4:30pm (for full day sessions). For more information on our camp programs and what to expect please visit our camp programs section. Are the weekly camps the same? Each week will be a little bit different but our daily structure is generally the same. The activites, games, and other programming may change from week to week. We are aware that some campers will register for multiple weeks so we design our sessions accordingly.
  • Inclement Weather
What do you do when it rains? Our camp will run outdoors most of the time, however, during poor weather (rain, extreme heat, smoke etc.) our camp will go temporarily indoors until the weather clears. We will try to stay outdoors as much as possible so a light mist or a chilly morning, activities will most likely continue to be outdoors as scheduled. Suitable indoor activities will be run in the factility. How do you run the camp in hot weather? The summer heat is always a safey consideration. During very hot periods, our daily activities might alter to ensure the campers are not dehydrated or exhausted due to heat. We encourage our campers to be prepared for the weather such as: - Applying sunscreen throughout the day - Taking regular water and shade breaks - Encouraging our campers to eat snacks and lunch in the shade
  • Safety
Campers are grouped by age, size and ability. Our camper to staff ratio will be approximately 1 staff to 10 campers. If possible, the younger campers will receive a lower ratio during the soccer sessions. In the afternoon swim are ratios will meet or exceed the pool's regulation for supervision ratios. Do I need to fill out any medical forms? If your child has an Eepipen (anaphylaxis allergy) please complete the form and email it to prior to the start of camp. Please visit our forms section.
